What we collect and why

We don't collect payment card details on this website, and we don't buy or sell personal data. This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the business, under confidentiality and data-protection terms: Neon (database), Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection), Google Workspace (email and files), Render (client portal hosting). Some providers store data outside the Philippines (for example, in Singapore, the US or the EU). We only use providers with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Audit requests: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner. Client Amazon data: during the engagement and up to 90 days after it ends. Invoices and accounting records: as long as tax law requires.
How we protect it
Encrypted connections, encrypted storage, access limited to authorized people with two-step verification, and least-privilege access (for example, the website form can only add requests and can't read any data).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing, by emailing hello@savepointcommerce.com. You may also complain to the Philippine National Privacy Commission or, if you're in the EU/UK, to your local data protection authority.
Amazon
Save Point Commerce is independent and not affiliated with Amazon. When clients authorize our tools to access their Amazon data, we use that data only to serve that client and follow Amazon's data protection requirements.
